You’ve done it. Forty-eight weeks of journaling and connecting to yourself in a deep, delighting, delving, way. How does it feel? I know from my own experiences of journalling, it has enriched my life like few other because of the relationship I have developed with myself as a result.
You have gone on an epic journey of self-discovery… getting curious about your strengths, beliefs, dreams, obstacles, opportunities, accomplishments.
You have explored your purpose and passion and priorities at this age and stage, whatever that is.
You have started to live and think and feel more intentionally. Wahoo! It’s hte holy grail of living well and connected to yourself.
And so on these final 4 weeks of prompts we’re going to reflect. Reflect on what you have learned, what has surprised you, what your wins have been, but also look at your reflection, to observe who you have become and who you are still becoming and what might your areas of interest be for yourself, your wider life and your longer future be.
