Great post! I have a ‘Fear Setting’ practice that I do, as well as take my clients through once we start our work together. I’m always amazed at our brains ability to hold us back and manifest the fear in ways we can’t see to keep us ‘safe’. It’s a sneaky little F.

It really is! I often ask my clients to think about worst case fear and often it's actually ok!

I recommend checking out Tim Ferriss’s post about it. There is a spreadsheet and break down that takes you through the entire process. It will show you what it’s costing you emotionally financially and otherwise over periods of time if you don’t take the action.

Acknowledging the fear, grabbing it by the hand and bringing it along with you. Yes! I found through my own midlife reinvention this is the only way forward.
